Background Information

Kondoa Town Council  was formed in 2015  after splitting off from Kondoa DC. The Council has a total of 2 Division, 8 Wards, 25 Villages and 11 Town streets and 12 health facilities. The government facilities are Kondoa TH, Kingale Dispensary, Kolo Dispensary, Kichangani dispensary, Mongoroma Dispensary and Bolisa Dispensary.

The hospital serves more than 72506 inhabitant of Kondoa TC but also from  Chemba DC  Kondoa DC and some parts of Kiteto DC).

The hospital provides a wide range of clinical services like; Outpatient and Inpatient services, Diagnostic service (laboratory and radiology), Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics and child health services, Pharmaceutical supply services, Ophthalmology, Oral heath, Health promotion, Rehabilitation and palliative care services and Care and treatment services to People living with HIV (PLHIV).
